Rearing Our Young Amazing Leaders cares about helping young people in all aspects of their life. This is why we provide reading enhancement programs, tutoring, counseling and wellness, leadership and self-esteem classes, college preparation assistance, career builder workshops, money management education, and culture appreciation awareness.

Our school system is designed to teach down the middle, this means any child that is operating below or above grade level are left behind. Teachers or simply overworked and under paid, they cannot do it alone. The needs for prisons are determined by elementary schools’ testing scores. Rearing Our Young Amazing Leaders organization will not accept this reality because the future of our country depends on our youth being successful.

The success of a person goes well beyond their academic achievements. They must be equipped with the knowledge of how to maintain their physical and emotional health. Childhood diabetes is on the raise as well as child violence. Rearing Our Young Amazing Leaders organization is dedicated in promoting health and wellness through classes and counseling.

Future Presidents, CEOs, Entrepreneurs, and World Changers just do not came about through osmosis, they care shaped and molded from a young age. Rearing Our Young Amazing Leaders organization believes in building up a young person’s self-esteem and bring forth the inter leader. We want our youth to think, dream, and achieve more than they could ever imagine.

Currently many jobs require a credit report to determine if a candidate is eligible for hire. Our young people need to understand the importance of money management and keeping their credit in good standing. It will determine the jobs they receive, homes and cars they can buy, and in society if they are considered a lender or a borrower. Moreover, it is vital that the youth save for the future and retirement because social security will not be around forever the way things are going. Rearing Our Young Amazing Leaders organization understands this importance and this is why we will provide money management education.

Our organization will help high school students prepare for the SAT, find suitable colleges, and help them apply. We will also give assistance to college students planning to enter the workforce; by teaching them how to write resumes, providing mock interviews, and by conducting career searches.

The world is much bigger than the neighborhood in which a person resides, the state that they live in, or the country they are from.
